Realization of Life

Realization of Life

It took me a while to realize
Life isn’t a pile up act
Where you just don’t act
And only stare.
Life is a rolling stone
Life is a rowing boat.
Life is a journey.
I measure you by deeds
Because words can lie.
It took me a while
Before I can laugh at my mistakes
And still learn something.
The mountain is in me,
And it needs to be moved.
I have the ticking time
Until I manifest in my action,
My aims and aspirations.
A waving goodbye
Greeted with smile
Is the blooming flower
Of a new destination.
I need to finish this poem
And work,
Because life measures my deeds.
