Mental Landscape

Mental Landscape

I come down from the stairs,
Behind the rising sketch
Of a morning sunshine.
Nature is not trivial
To talk about.
The metaphor of the city
Is the urban landscape
Which helps to escape
The business of the city.
Everything is existence,
Even imagination.
It was the painter Pablo Picasso who said
“Everything you can imagine is real.”
A fire of truth,
A bell of existence,
A void or nothing much.
A version of the world
Needs a world to be alive.
I was coming down from the stairs
I had these thoughts bubbling;
Nature is not our thoughts
It is what it is.
So pure from the quagmire of thoughts
So filled with existence.
Imagination also is a part of nature.
We can know that after observing
The nature closely.
Nature keeps us awake
In recollection.
We imagine nature to paint
A fresh sketch.
