Nepali Literary Associations recognized by Sahitya Akademi, India
Nepali Literary associations play a vital role in promoting Nepali language, literature and culture in India. They organize literary festivals, seminars, and workshops, and publish literary magazines and books. They also work to preserve and promote the languages they represent.

Sahitya Akademi is the national academy of letters in India. It was founded in 1954 to promote literature in the languages of India. The Akademi recognizes literary associations that have made significant contributions to the promotion of literature in their respective languages.
